Environment Variables -> System Variables -> Variable Name 'Path' Value "ADD %ANT_HOME%\bin;" in existing value. You can verify it after setting the path. Please remove 'ADD' from "ADD %ANT_HOME%\bin;" (it should be %ANT_HOME%\bin; without ADD and double quotes) Just go to command prompt and give ant command. it should ask for build.xml file. Russell : Goto command prompt after setting the path and just type ant and enter. it should give you following message: Buildfile: build.xml does not exist!
