disable refreshing a page, stop refreshing, gets submitted, disable, hide, submit button, hyperlinks, clarify

		Please let me know how to stop refreshing the page.I want to stop refreshing the page because when we do refresh the page form gets submitted again that I want to avoid.
		I have use the code:

		Any help will be greatly appriciated.

Mazhar Anwar	:	We can have multiple portlets on a page. Where exactly you want to restrict the form submission or page refresh?
		You can Disable/Hide the submit button or Hyperlinks on which you dont want to submit the form.
		Could you please clarify more about it to understand?

Inderjeet singh Narang	:	when i click on f5 key page gets refreshed and whatever data i have submitted earlier with particular portlet that data gets send again with request and my data gets removed again that i want to avoid. so i want to stop that particular portlet to refresh.
