cannot find tag library for jstl, developing liferay plugin, liferay eclipse, liferay errors, liferay jsp, liferay using, liferay plugin makeing, .jar

		Hi,
		I am developing liferay plugin with liferay 5.2.3. using Eclipse.
		There are some errors in an init.jsp file, where it complaints
		Snippet of code in my init.jsp file:
		I have added util-taglib.jar library file in the build path in eclipse.
		What should I do to correct this error?
		Very appreciate for any suggestion and help.

		If this is not correct, what should be correct web.xml header to allow jsp include taglib?

		In liferay portal, when I use Add Applcation to add this portlet, it thrown exception as shown below:

		You can use the same doctype and add the tablib entry in your web.xml as follows.
		then you need to copy c-rt.tld in WEB-INF/tld folder and jstl.jar + jstl-impl.jar in WEB-INF/lib folder. Create the folders if not exist.
		In case you are using liferay 6 you can use folowing doctype in web.xml.
