		Hi,
		Does Liferay Theme depend on the framework used, for e.g. JSF or Struts.
		Do we need to create a new theme by keeping in mind the technology or framework?
		Please suggest.

		There are not such dependency on any framework. You can develop theme as long as it is supported by Liferay and Portal APIs.
